Returns are hassle-free, with no extra charge at our office. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact Agarwooda customer service at info@agarwooda.com or Whatsapp +668 1 567 6782 within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 3 days from delivery date so long as the item(s), except for trial set or Oud Oil under 12 ml. Please inform us through one of our contact channels first, in order to allow for a smooth return process.
• Original receipt must be available for any customer to be able to exchange any item exchange without receipt requires manager approval and signature.
• At the time of exchange, we should check the date of purchase and its validity and stable the original receipt with the exchange receipt.
• Any refund or exchange should be within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If the items are wrapped products (Oud Oil, perfume bottles or filled wrapped incense…) then it must be wrapped and in same condition at the time of purchase unless the customer found any kind of damage.
• Oud Oil / Essential Oil / Perfume products should be tested carefully by the staff and the weight should be exactly as mentioned in the purchase receipt.
